More About Me
I’ve been a musician most of my life, and have had a few different careers. Before becoming a therapist, I was an Esthetician. I realized that my connections with regular clients was what brought me joy, so I decided to become a therapist so I could focus on connecting with people.
My approach is collaborative, integrative, and intuitive. I believe that genuine authentic connection is important for therapy to be effective. I am a generally no BS type of person and that comes through in my work, but I meet my clients where they are in the moment. I use different techniques based on my clients; therapy is not a one-size-fits-all situation. I always consider the intersectional experience of my clients and use a systemic lens. I use various techniques from Strategic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Collaborative Therapy, to name a few. I have experience and enjoy working with monogamous and polyamorous relationships. I am sex-positive and enjoy working with couples and individuals on sexuality-related topics. I have experience with ADHD, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and more.
