The Incredible Years Parenting Group is a research-based early intervention program designed to strengthen parenting skills, build positive parent–child relationships, and promote children’s healthy social, emotional, and academic development. Grounded in over forty years of clinical research, it helps parents increase confidence, reduce stress, and use effective, nurturing discipline strategies. Through group learning and support, parents gain tools to encourage positive behavior, manage challenges, and foster their children’s long-term success at home and in school. Art Therapy

The start of fall is upon us. This is a prime time to slow down, as the busyness of life tends to pick up. This group will be centered around themes of fall to ground us in ourselves. Fall is a time to reflect on transitions, preparation, and abundance. You will have the opportunity to connect with a community creatively. All supplies will be provided by Life Transitions. The group will run approximately two hours, with half the time spent on creating art. There is no prerequisite to coming to this group.  We encourage you to come in clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy.

Facilitator: Brenna Dickson, LMHCA

Time: TBA

Type: Open group – Openings available
